Shipping policy

Every Trucker's Pride order is made just for you. We work with trusted print-on-demand partners in North America to produce each item one order at a time.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Order processing

All products are made to order. Production takes about 2–7 business days before your order ships. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Delivery times

After your order ships:

United States: 3–8 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, carrier delays, or customs. Orders with several items may ship separately from different print partners; you only pay the shipping shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

United States: US$9.99 flat rate. Free on orders of US$100 or more.
Canada: CA$14.99 flat rate. Free on orders of CA$150 or more.

One shipping charge per order, no matter how many items. We offer standard tracked shipping only. Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Your tracking number arrives by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, late, or damaged packages

If your package seems lost or late, check your tracking link first. If it hasn't arrived 30 days after shipping, or it arrived damaged, email support@truckerspride.com within 30 days with your order number and photos. We'll work with our print partner to send a replacement. See our refund policy for details.
